How renting on Kutalok works
What happens from booking to pickup, and what you pay.
The four steps
1 · Find a vehicle
Search by date. Every vehicle shows its price, its deposit and whether it can be delivered.
2 · Book
Pick dates and confirm. You see the full total first, the booking is made at once, and nothing is charged online.
3 · Pick up the vehicle
Meet the owner or get it delivered. They check your passport and licence, you both check the booking code, and each of you confirms the handover.
4 · Pay the owner
In cash, once you have the vehicle: the total shown when you booked, and nothing more.
What you pay, and when
Before pickup
Nothing. Kutalok takes no payment, and nobody should ask you for money in advance.
At pickup
The booking total, in cash, to the owner, once the vehicle is in front of you.
A deposit, if the vehicle has one
Only what the vehicle page shows, agreed with the owner and returned when you bring the vehicle back. Anything more is not part of your booking.
What protects you
Every owner is ID-checked before they can list a vehicle.
The total is fixed when you book, and it is all you owe the owner for the rental.
You never upload a passport or licence. The owner checks them in person.
What Kutalok does not do
- We don't insure you or the vehicle.
- We don't provide helmets. Ask the owner.
- You need a valid licence. We can't change that.
